Court Hotel is brilliantly located in the bustling market town
of Northallerton. A couple of minutes walk will lead you to the
centre of town, which boasts traditional specialist shops, such
as Lewis and Coopers and Bettys Tea Rooms. The local market takes
place every Wednesday and Saturday, where you can find everything,
from hand made jewellery to good old sweet shop sweets.
Northallerton is just a stones throw away from
the striking North Yorkshire Moors and the magnificent Yorkshire
Dales as well as some picturesque costal towns, such as Scarborough,
Redcar and Whitby. Northallerton is also a short journey away
from the historic city of York, within which are, great places
to eat, traditional shops along the famous mediaeval shambles,

those of you wanting to explore the Moors and Dales, there are
many areas where you can ramble to your hearts content. The nearby
Osmotherley has many tracks through the moor land and has spectacular
views of the area. An alternative is Roseberry Topping, which
is reached by numerous paths leading from Captain Cook’s
Monument and Newton-under-Roseberry, and allows you to see magnificent
views of North Yorkshire
There are also many
fun activities for all the family. For those animal lovers and
thrill seekers out there, Flamingo Land is the place for you.
There are regular shows throughout the day, including African
acrobats and a sensational sea lion show. Whilst there, you
even have the chance to become a zoo keeper for day! If animals
aren’t for you, then there are many amazing rides and
roller coasters to keep you occupied.

course, can be found a 5 minute drive away from the Allerton Court
Hotel. Over 200 acres of golf course spans over some beautiful
parkland, featuring some striking lakes and the River Wiske, making
