The nearby Osmotherley has many tracks through the moor
land and has spectacular views of the area. An alternative
is Roseberry Topping, which is reached by numerous paths
leading from Captain Cook’s Monument and Newton-under-Roseberry,
and allows you to see magnificent views of North Yorkshire

also many fun activities for all the family. For those
animal lovers and thrill seekers out there, Flamingo
Land is the place for you. There are regular shows throughout
the day, including African acrobats and a sensational
sea lion show. Whilst there, you even have the chance
