FUNCTION SUITES
Receptions can be held in either the Maple Suite or the restaurant however, should our facilities not be large enough, why not consider adding a marquee. Costings for this option are available on request.
 
COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES & EXTRAS
Allerton Court Hotel aims to provide the wedding party with, or
arrange for any number of services or extras upon request.

However, as part of your wedding package the hotel will provide
car parking, table plan and menus for the tables, a cake stand
and knife and a master of ceremonies.

Additionally the following items can be arranged, prices are
available on request.

CIVIL WEDDING CEREMONIES
Allerton Court Hotel is now able to offer the option of holding civil wedding ceremonies within the hotel. This provides the bride and groom with peace of mind and simplicity.

You may wish to consider arranging a wedding car or horse and carriage to take you for a parade around the market town before arriving back at the hotel for your big day.

The following details provide a guide to assist you with arrangements for the ceremony.

Once a date and time has been decided upon, which takes time, you are advised to contact the Superintendent Registrar to confirm that she can attend and conduct the ceremony on the date and at the time required. This should always be done as soon as possible.

You will then receive written confirmation within 7 days of the phone call. This will outline:

  • The date and place at which they will need to give legal notice of their intention to marry
  • Documents they need to produce
  • The fee to be paid

    Please note: a notice of intention to marry can be given a maximum of 12 months in advance of this date. It is always urged for this to be done as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This must be done before the Superintendent Registrar of the office in the district in which you reside. You cannot get married or register a civil partnership without giving due notice in the district(s) where you live.

Please check with the registrar for their current charges. Charges will vary according to the day of the week you intend to marry.

BEVERAGES
We can offer wedding parties a number of drinks packages for
the wedding, which would include tray service drinks to welcome your guests as they arrive at Allerton Court Hotel, wine for the table and drinks for the toasts.

Alternatively an account can be set up for guests to have their choice of drink from behind the bar or individual drinks can be selected.
Accommodation

The hotel offers wedding guests comfortable accommodation. With 28 en-suite bedrooms, including double, twin and family rooms, and rooms with interconnecting doors, Allerton Court Hotel is ideal wishing to stay before, or after the wedding.

We are currently in the process of refurbishing our bedrooms to give the hotel a modern twist. To do this we intend to create a range of different room types to cater for all guests, including executive, smart and standard rooms.

For something special our bridal rooms will feature luxury baths/showers, Super King Size beds, towelling bath robes and much more.

We have currently completed 7 of our new bedrooms which feature super king size beds, 26” flat screen TV, newly fitted bathroom with large shower and/or and heated towel rail, for that little bit extra.

All our other bedrooms have also been fitted with 26” Flat screen TV’s with built in Freeview, to offer guests a wide range of entertainment from music and radio channels, sky sports news, and films to telescoping and the all important childrens programmes.

To maximise our guest experience all hotel bedrooms also have FREE access to our own WiFi wireless internet service.

Bedrooms are further equipped with full tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer.
